During the visit, medical history and anthropometric measurements will be taken. Nutritional goals will then be agreed.
Your meal plan and personalized advice will be delivered within 7 working days.

To carry out the first visit, a doctor's referral is required, on white headed paper, stamped and signed, with the words "dietary visit required" (indicate your name, surname, tax code). Doctor should then report any pathologies and specific indications.

It is recommended to have recent blood tests available.

Cost is €137 (cash, card or bank transfer accepted). Cost is deductible as a health expense (with tracked payment).

Visit duration is approximately 1 hour.
Follow up
During the visit we will discuss results and possible problems. We'll refine nutritional strategies according to agreed goals.
Any additional material will be sent within 7 working days.
Cost is €72 (cash, card or bank transfer accepted). Cost is deductible as a health expense (with tracked payment).
It is possible to purchase packages of 3 or 4 follow up visits at a discounted price.
